Novice Teams =$20   Competitors(orange belt+): U20yrs =$25    20yrs + = $30  

Extra Division  =$5   20yrs+ =$10   Spectators=$2 or $5 /family

Clubs receive a 10% rebate for pre-entries received & paid together by Friday 24th Oct. If all payments are submitted by a Judo NSW club contact, 10% can be discounted from the total.

Teams event is for first graded judoka with full JFA membership

 

 

The Novice Teams Event involves fun, interactive warm-up games, teaching competition rules & skills followed by a friendly teams event under supervised competition conditions. It is open to judoka who are graded and full members of the JFA. Participants will be matched to partners of a similar level. The program provides participants with more mat time and more experience than a standard competition, in a friendly inter-club environment. Club instructors are invited to contribute. Green belts 13yrs+ are encouraged to referee. Medals and trophies are up for grabs! The Demonstration Competition is an exciting part of Hunter Events, open to demos such as Ukemi, Kata & Self Defense, with a great perpetual trophy!

 Conditions

 

  • All participants must be full members of the Judo Federation of Australia or an IJF affiliated body with evidence of current membership
  • Competition runs to JFA Sporting code. Onus remains on coaches and parents to inform tournament officials of any issues in regards to the matching of participants on the day.
  • Whilst all care will be exercised, entry to all events indicates acceptance of the condition that all participants and their parents or guardians where applicable fully and completely indemnify all volunteers and officials in the case of any injury or illness.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable except in the circumstances of a) there being no suitable match or b) supply of Medical Certificate advising of the medical reason an inability to participate. Fees can be paid by:
  1. Cash on the day or at any Samurai Judo Academy training session
  2. Deposit to Samurai Judo Academy Account No. 196591 BSB 032509 at least 2 days ahead using your name & club as a reference + email a copy of the online deposit confirmation to kenmckenzie626@yahoo.com.au
